Appbiz Studio LLC ("we", "us", "our") publishes mobile applications including but not limited to Glowe (collectively, "Apps"). This policy describes what data our Apps may collect, why, and how we handle it.

We work with a limited number of providers. Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

About your photos: When you try on a style, your photo is sent to Perfect Corp's YouCam YCE Hair Transfer API (yce-api-01.makeupar.com) over an encrypted connection, used only to generate the result, and then discarded. It is never stored on Perfect Corp's servers and never stored on our servers. The only copy that persists is the generated result image, which is saved locally on your device only — under your control.
The first time you launch a try-on, the app shows an explicit consent screen describing this processing. You can decline, in which case no photo is sent.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. We follow industry-standard practices to protect data at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Your data may be processed in the United States. By using our Apps, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are indicated by updating the date at the top. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance.
