Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of all mobile applications published by Appbiz Studio LLC ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to Glowe (collectively, "Apps"). By using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need parental or guardian consent to use our Apps.

2. Your Account

Some features may work without an account. Where an account is required, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions

• Some Apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions with various plan options.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
• Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and may vary.
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency by the store.

4. Your Content

• You grant us a limited license to process content you upload solely to deliver the App's features (e.g., AI-generated previews).
• Uploaded content is processed in real-time and not stored after processing.
• Results generated from your content belong to you.
• You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the rights to use it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Apps
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Apps
• Interfere with the Apps' operation, security, or infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any part of the Apps

6. AI-Generated Content

• Our Apps may use artificial intelligence to generate content such as images or previews.
• Results are approximations and may not accurately represent real-world outcomes.
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content.
• You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Apps, including design, code, AI models, branding, and content, are owned by Appbiz Studio LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Apps without written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPBIZ STUDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases immediately. Sections 6 through 9 survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will indicate changes by updating the date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
